Thread transferred to Credit Card Programs, the best forum to seek card "advice". The thread title has been edited to remove the reference to "cash" which created some early confusion, and to more specifically state the question as I understand it.

No card will directly reimburse expenses paid in cash, although many will allow you to redeem points for statement credits. Be careful not to redeem points for less than their optimal value just obtain the satisfaction of offsetting a specific expense.
