Hi,

I have had zero success with these people and I will NEVER fly with them again.

I was returning home from Oslo via BRU to YYZ on Jan 2012. The kicker is I was 7 mths pregnant with my first baby. They overbooked the flight BRU>YYZ and had space for only 2, there were 3 in our party. I did not want to fly without my husband and this airline did nothing, nothing for us.

I am by no means an emotional scatterbrain but I cried. I was under so much duress, they provided no assistance to me at the airport, they made me wait over 2 hours before they told us they would be sending us home via Newark, we were given seats on the BRU>EWR that were not beside one another. And when we arrived in EWR our flight home was delayed 6 hours.

I never got sick during my entire pregnancy, I vomited on the flight home. I cried it was just too much for me and when I was in EWR, I got sick. I was in bed for 2 days after I arrived home, I got the flu. It was the most horrific experience I ever had.

As soon as I was able I contacted Jet - they did nothing. I could not believe it. They finally offered me three upgrade vouchers, which I found out was equal to an upgrade from economy to business or first class for one way from YYZ >BRU. I was shocked. I contacted them again this year as I am planning on flying for the first time since that experience in April (i've been so nervous since that experience) and they have not even replied.

Any thoughts? My thought don't fly Jet - just don't.
