1. They are in OneWorld which IMO is the best alliance by a long shot.
2. I like flying through LHR because I like the lounges, the plane spotting and Terminal 5.
3. I dont particularly like flying through the other European hubs
4. I think EK and QR are overrated (although I am delighted QR are joining OW)
5. They fly to ABZ up to 8 times a day form LHR giving me plenty of connection options
6. I like Club World and remember it was one of the first airlines to offer fully flat beds in business class
7. I am patriotic and like flying with my national carrier
