Today I loaded my first Target card with an Amex prepaid I bought via bigcrumbs with no issue then tried to load my second with visa prepaid debits I bought at Kroger. For the first time ever, they did not work and I settled with loading with SPG. I'm reading mixed reports on what you can and cannot load with now. Any guidance on if its store specific or are visa prepaid GC's a no go?
