I'm a bit confused ... why are you looking for general opinion on this issue? It's ultimately up to you and how you value UR points vs. MR points taking into account your usage of both "currencies", and allowing for the recent devaluation of MR points, etc.

If you don't like the offer you received, you shouldn't accept it. Regardless of what anyone else on here thinks about the relative value of UR points and MR points.
