She read it was booked 24 of 24 in the front and 1 over in the back. So either she was really pulling a fast one on me, or something but it sounded quite credible.
She wasnt seeing the full picture is my point. Not saying she's lying but res agents only see part of the picture. Now if you were talking to the revenue management analyst working that given flight, that would be a different story.
There are at least 50 different reasons i think of off the top of my head why on a given flight they will pull down the inventory. The res agent will know nothing or little about these.
