Yes, of course they are filed seasonally. but that does not preclude an airline from filing well in advance of said season. As I pointed out, many airlines load schedules well in advance of the seasons as defined by IATA. SU also loads in advance but clearly not nearly as far as most other airlines.
The timing of schedule filing is the sole prerogative of each specific airline, so it is rather irrelevant what some other airline does (or does not do). Some airlines always publish schedules for the maximum possible period (and then issue a high number of schedule changes), while others prefer to wait until things are more firm.
