My current 28degrees CC has zero charges, fees, exchange rate surcharges, int'l ATM fees, etc, but the only thing it's missing is FF rewards. As long as the exchange rate is good, this Q Cash thing could be a winner for me.
Apples & Oranges. This is not a credit card. The earner for Mastercard has to be an exchange rate grab. They will have to be competitive with other cash cards. If you travel with an existing cashcard this seems more beneficial ie points.
