Durring IRROPS inventory fluctuates as airport, travel, and res agents and folks on the internet and whoever else is using whatever app is available to try to re book to other flights. It happens. No one is a liar, the system doesn't suck, it's just what happens. It even used to happen on the most beloved FASTAIR.
