Sorry for the confusion -

I will be paying out of pocket (whether cash or credit card) and would like to find the best way to reimbursement myself using some type of reward points for those expenses.

For example if I spent $1,000 on food I would like to use 50,000 UR points (or some other method) to get a $500 credit on my credit card bill (but would really like to find a better rate or other ideas on ways to pay, such as buying discounted hilton gift cards, etc)
