Thanks for all the information. I thought it would be a breeze using the trains. LOL
It's a very easy trip, the question is more about time. If you get done with customs/immigration in an hour then it's more feasible to make the trip. Don't forget if you are storing luggage at T4 then you'll need to go pick that up on your way back and then to go T5 for your jetblue flight and get through security - all this adds time.

Also... if you're coming from India why do you want to go to Jackson Heights??
