No problem. I just did it today for an upcoming JFK/LAX r/t next month. Went to My Trips, click on the reservation listed, found the section for selecting the meals (about the 3rd or 4th section down, IIRC) and was given the selections for each flight. Whether or not it actually happens, that's another story judging by the previous posts.
