I did a search on Google and in this form, but could not find the specific answer. Advance apology if it has been covered before.

I have a 2 pm Shuttle flight out if DCA, and have a morning meeting in the city that will run up to 75 min before the flight. I would like to check my bag in the morning at DCA around 9:30 am. Is this possible?

Any advice and experience will be appreciated.
