So I'm planning a trip to the Maldives - I've mostly got the flights and hotel covered, but trying to reduce my cash outlay for the seaplane ride and food at the resort.

I realize its not the best use of points, but what are the best credit card points to cover cash outlays for travel reimbursement?

I figure I have about .01 a point for these 3 since I can't get any bonuses because I can't book the seaplane or pay for food through their travel networks?

Or a way to buy/redeem points for Hilton gift card (assuming I can use that towards food/upgrades)
