Interlining Baggages

I'm flying to Changi Airport Singapore from YVR via Hong Kong International Airport and to YVR from Changi via Narita.

Basically my itinerary is like this:
YVR - HKG (Air Canada)
HKG - SIN (Singapore Airlines)

SIN - NRT (All Nippon Airways)
NRT - YVR (AC)

Do I have to claim baggage and recheck in during my connection? My connection times are rather short (2 hours and 1.5 hours respectively) and I'm afraid I may not have enough time to do so. From AC's website, Singapore Airlines and ANA are Star Alliance members so I may not have to do so. Is that true? Has anyone have a similar experience? Thanks!
