Dear all

From 1 March, eligible, non-EU customers flying into London Heathrow Terminal 5 will be able to take advantage of the extended hours of service at Fast Track arrivals. This will now be available from 05.15hrs to 22.30hrs.

This service will be further enhanced by extending the eligibility to include Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members flying British Airways, across Terminals 1, 3 and 5 at London Heathrow.

British Airways is investing in the Fast Track product to offer our premium customers a more consistent level of service when arriving into Heathrow.

I hope this is welcome news for some of you who have raised this in the past.

Nicci you are a treasure as always. I have to admit that nowadays one almost wishes, judging from the queues sometimes, that this service were extended to those of us who are EU!
