I tend to spend a fair few points on odd nights in London. These have now gone from 50,000 to somewhere between 70 - 80,000 depending on hotel and time of year.

MR does the same for 40,000.

Now points + points will give me 33% more miles per stay with HH than MR, but London rewards are 40 - 60% more expensive.

We have a corporate rate with a couple of Park Plazas and using them, points accrual for London properties is very attractive. As a gold, 25% more miles / spend than HH Dia and 50,000 points per night.
