I can't find any definitive answer to this one. Strictly speaking I guess it would be a mixed baggage allowance. And surely when the check in staff see the M leg, they will go for the M allowance. At check-in they normally only see the current leg(s) not the whole reservation. If not mixed, adding a short C leg to you flights would allow you to have C allowance for all legs, even if not departing on the same day.
