Yep, even if I just knew Sig Zane's name because of his store on the bayfront, I'd think it kinda cool. Knowing that he's married to someone from the Kanakaole family (as in Edith Kanakaole Tennis Stadium, where the Merrie Monarch is held), with ties to Halau o Kekuhi, cultural education and lots of other stuff, just makes him that much cooler.
