I just received that email too. I'm curious about what the exchange rates will be when loading cash onto these.
My current 28degrees CC has zero charges, fees, exchange rate surcharges, int'l ATM fees, etc, but the only thing it's missing is FF rewards. As long as the exchange rate is good, this Q Cash thing could be a winner for me.
