We're flying OZ HKG-ICN-ORD in april, and had seats preassigned at booking. We're fortunate to be flying the new -300ER suites, but we're sitting in the middle so far. A call to OZ asking for seats along the window resulted in agent saying that seat assignment/change is only possible at airport? She gave me some line that only the first 50 pax to book can change seats? First time on OZ, it's definitely not what I'm used to on LH, SQ or UA F products.
