Personally, I would go with the US-Thai via Frankfurt, but that's just me. US Airways business won't be that bad and Thai is pretty good. Asiana in my opinion is great. The soft product is one of the best out there and Seoul is a great airport. The older business class product isn't terribly impressive, but the newer OZ Quadra Smartium thing is apparently quite good if a tad small.
