Advice for airline selection to Bangkok

I have a bunch of aeroplan miles that I want to use before they expire. I am looking at taking a trip to Bangkok. I currently live in Philadelphia and I have a couple of different airline choices for flights and I was curious which options you guys think I should take. My flights will be in business class.

Option one is a flight on US airways from PHL-FRA connecting to Thai airways FRA-BKK. The return would be the same combination. This is the only option that is a one stop which is attractive, however, I'm a little apprehensive about flying on US. I fly them domestically often and don't really hate US, but I have never flown them internationally. I know their hardware is very good (the new lay flat envoy) however, I'm not sure that their soft product will be the best.

Option two is Air Canada PHL-YYZ-PEK connecting to Air China PEK-BKK. For the return I can do the same combination, or can route Asiana BKK-ICN-ORD connecting to Air Canada ORD-YYZ-PHL. (I would have a two day stopover in Toronto to meet family which is why I'd route this way rather than directly ORD-PHL). My issue with this combination is the flight on Air China. I haven't heard too many good things about them. If I am mistaken, please feel free to correct me. Also, I've heard some great things about Asiana and others have complained about communication difficulties and that their hardware in business class isn't the greatest.

Option three is Air Canada PHL-YYZ connecting to Turkish Airlines YYZ-IST-BKK and returning Turkish Airlines BKK-IST and Air Canada IST-YYZ-PHL. Of all my options, I am leaning towards this one as I have heard great things about Turkish Airlines and like the idea of trying them out. Also, I will have a 9 hour layover in Istanbul so hopefully I can leave the airport for a few hours and at sightsee a little bit.

I was hoping to get some advice from those of you who have more experience with these airlines than I do. Any insight is greatly appreciated. I am definitely looking forward to this trip, as this will be my first trip to Thailand. Thanks for your help!!
