for the price I pay for ANA tickets, I actually expect at the very least that level of service. I have kind of given up on legacy US carriers but cost per mile, ANA is a league of its own from my own personal experience. Being said, i believe Silver airlines (or airways) was given the award for best regional carrier so this award and 2 bucks will get me a cup of coffee at starbucks!
Horrible? Really? I'd agree with you on the domestic lounges, but the international lounges are fine by international standards, though as flagship lounges they aren't up to the level of CX, SQ, or even TG. (They are definitely better than the OZ lounges at ICN and GMP, though...)
