Does American Express know that? Aren't I protected as well? There is a transaction here that provider must make good on? If the theater is full, they don't sell tickets, if they do, they refund you or offer you another ticket for another day. If I bought a day pass and wasn't admitted, 'to full', what action does UA take? What are my rights within a financial transaction?
