Many of us know the crowds at United Clubs are out of control. In a first for me today I was refused entry as the club at MSP had no more seats or standing room left. I understand that safety concerns make it prudent to refuse my entry. As a paid member I find the overcrowding to be unacceptable. I asked for a pass to another airline club at the same airport which seems reasonable but they have no authority to grant this. What if anything would you do about this?
Given this, i'm sure the e-chicken machines synched up with the lounge dragons perfectly well and stopped selling one-day UA club passes...
