If you are looking for a little peace and quiet, the Sheraton Kona Resort and Spa is not a bad value. I've stayed there a few times. It's a beautiful property that they just remodeled again in the last year or so. Interconnected swimming pools that stretch through out the property. JUst an overall nice, relaxing place.
