Well you could always choose your words carefully ("the staff bent over backwards to serve my every need".... OK maybe not). But I don't think it's a problem. Double runs are common when there have been delays or a long holding pattern is looming, furthermore it is entirely legit to ask for 2 items from the basket when it is whisked under your nose. Probably not a good idea though; as noted elsewhere, the healthiest items in said basket are the crisps, and that's very relative.
