About right, although I think there are a few inaccuracies in your summary. If I may...
- We don't know BA's opinion. But I suspect it's more that they 'tolerate' this behaviour, rather than don't care, given wider risks to goodwill. I'm sure they will monitor behaviour and may adapt the offering accordingly.
- Someone has told us what their friendly 'rozzers' think, rather than the rozzers directly. I'm sure there is a difference.
- I thought only politicians and tabloids believe in the concept of 'general public'.
