I had the same thing, luckily my wife (Silver) had her status recognised so we were still able to take advantage of the benefits such as the pre-seat allocation and preferential boarding (though that was pretty inconsistent being done anyway)

This was about a month ago on 5 LAN flights on the Argentinian and Chilean offshoots.
