However those of you who stay at big city Hyatts (e.g. London) could find it more difficult to get rez if people like me switch business stays from Marriott. But there are just many smaller towns where there are no Hyatt affiliates, so the only choice is Marriott, Hilton or - egads

HIX (Priority Club).
Also there is bigger risk of devaluation if more of us switch from Chase Marriott and Citi/Amex AA to Chase Hyatt. The more points that are minted by Hyatt, the higher the demand for award nights. But in reality it is hard to top the SPG Amex and other Chase cards, so I don't see a big shift there.
