Also, I have a connection in SFO to LAS which arrives SFO at 0430 and my next leg leaves at like 0800ish. United Club at SFO doesn't open until 5am. Worth getting a day pass for there?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated it.

MAHALO! (get it, BIG Mahalo!)
The HNL Club has had no appreciable updates in the past years. It's still a nice oasis from the crowded gate area and one of the better domestic clubs, IMO.

Given the number of places to eat in the SFO Terminal (although I do not know how many are open at that unholy hour), I would probably not bother getting a day pass for your layover. It should be easy enough to find an empty gate to sit for a while before your flight. Of course, you could always see if another FTer could guest you into one of the clubs.
