You didn't specify which type of miles you are interested in, but MR points can be converted to miles with most airlines. However, the conversion rates are not very attractive, and you normally will get more value form using MR points for hotel stays.

2. Attend "Owners Update" presentations when you stay at the Marriott Timeshare. They usually offer MR points as a gift for attending. These points can then be converted to miles.
