I was rerouted, and upgraded on both routings. The 2nd routing (which I flew) was upgraded with 2014 credits, because I had used the last of my 2013 credits on the routing I didn't fly. When they put the credits back, they put back 2013 expiring ones instead of 2014.
I used the AC "contact us" website, which seems to be the right approach, as someone called me to discuss and now they tell me they have requested the adjustment. It is just taking a long time, as for some reason they seem to be very busy right now (haha)
