I don't see how a picture of a non-trademarked item (the AVOD system) could be trademark infringement, even if used for commercial purposes in the sense of posting it on a for-profit blog. I think even if this photo (or something similar) were used in an advertisement for another airline (see how our business class compares to United's) it likely would not violate any IP rights.
