2xGPU or $200+50k miles: which is more valuable?

I know this is somewhat subjective based on travel patterns, etc. but curious what people think is the most advantageous option in this scenario:

Flying EWR-GIG rt, lowest fare available is $1,000 in L, lowest GPU-upgradeable fare available is $1,800 in Q. So options to upgrade are spending $1,8000 and using 2 GPU's or spending $2,000 ($1,000 fare + $1,000 upgrade co-pay) + 50,000 miles.

Do people generally think each GPU is more valuable than $100+25k miles?
