BTW, as someone who was raised around supreme seafood, nothing disgusts me more than Tilapia... well, I shouldn't say nothing, lest the next time one of you guys visits China, you'll treat me to
sea slug and I won't be able to refuse (culturally impolite).
Need to request fish and fowl served with head on.
Less likely to be cheated and often times it's edible.
