Absolutely. Sending an email or letter to Aeroplan would show them that they've got one happy customer and give them assurances that they are on the right track.

On the other hand, you could simply mention this (Things like - I think the new improvement is great, keep up the good work.) to agents you deal with at airport. AE looks for feedback from employees once in a while (and some employees will pass on comments to AE voluntarily).
