I think they'll pick up a lot of European traffic to/from USA. Given the timings you could leave from anywhere in Europe in the morning to catch the outbound at 16:00.
Similarly on the return, landing at 12:15pm will allow same day connections to most destinations.
Wouldn't work so well with premium cabins - you'd lose the entire day traveling (but how did you come up with those timings when there's no flight yet?)
