If redemption, I've successfully tried MAD-LHR-MAN in Club, and found the flight you were looking for. If you're trying for a Y redemption, it doesn't seem to be available.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question about the equipment swaps.
Redemption through Avios.

Its for NCL-MAD-NCL with the longer segments on IB A345 and A333. The flights seem to be available from NCL down to LHR in Y and across to MAD on the above flights but when combing the two it does not show up on avios selection page.
