Nice report! My wife and I had layovers in Abu Dhabi on the way to and from the Maldives and really liked the UAE as well, we thought I perfect for a couples trip with all the great golf, sights, shopping and amusement parks. We exited the UAE through DXB was very impressed! How was the EK J seating? Not a fan of the 2-3-2 myself.
