2014 credits eUps used before 2013
Trying to figure out how to solve a strange problem with my eUpgrade account. It appears that for some reason AC has removed credits expiring in 2014 prior to using up all those expiring in 2013. I called AC who said that it was an Aeroplan problem, then called Aeroplan who pointed me back to AC.

Not really sure where to go from here - has anybody had similar issues or have any suggestions on how to get his sorted out?
