One membership card, 2 luggage tags (no engineering degree required to figure these ones out, personalized with address and they have metal cables) duty free boutique discount coupon (be still my heart!), pamphlet (Your passport of privileges) that includes a bird's eye view (i.e. qualifying levels), chart of the privileges at each level, the Avis discount code and Fairmont Presidents Club fast track to Premier status.

There's a cover letter saying "you will be invited to choose your Select Privileges the week of February 25th. Keep and eye out for an upcoming email detailing all the steps."
