Without a doubt, a most enjoyable time spent reading about the complaints of others. My favorite chuckle was from a passenger in January who proceeded to complain about the bald flight attendant in F who swore and was probably on drugs, the "fat pilot" who spent too much time chatting while standing in front of the toilets - causing the F passengers to stand in lines for the Y toilets, and the FA who threw food at passengers "like dogs". But he summed it up best when he stated that as a 10-year CO flyer the entire experience has gone downhill since CO was taken over by UA...
