I don't see where the OP was treated like crap, I see where areas could be improved, I see that the flight was mediocre p, but I don't see "crap". I have never been treated like "crap" on the new UA either, quite the opposite in fact. And again, even if this were true and UA always treated people like "crap", I don't see how you could call UA "the worst airline on earth".
