My gripe is your use of hyperbole to describe UA as "the worst carrier on earth" when there are airlines like Spirit, Ryanair, Air Asia, and even airlines like US. I'd never expect hyperbole in one of your trip reports, if you had presented a fair but critical report of this flight I would not have minded and respected your opinion.
