Thanks. Asiana phone support was not helpful when I called. I will call again.

So on the assumption that I cannot check the bag through OZ to CX, and I have to pick up my bag in HKG, then how will the HKG connection process work on 2 separate tickets? Is there a CX transfer desk after I pick up my bags so I don't have to exit/re-clear security? 2h10m connection time enough? Always good to contingency plan.
