It is interesting that the people writing these crazy things are rewarded with TODs that are unavailable to 1Ks who also are derisively referred to as over entitled. Something very lovable about this segment in the minds of those running COdbaUA, it seems.
As for the name change, it is common practice in some countries and with some airlines to allow name changes. So, on that one, I can understand someone being shocked if they have a history of doing this with others.
