WOW! Never heard of it, but I can not believe the stupidity!!! Seriously? Someone was complaining because they had to board in the rain? I am not a united sympathizer by any means, but I can't believe what people will complain about. $1,600 cash in their checked luggage? Seriously? 25 minutes to check a bag is a major complain? Someones rights as a private citizen were violated, but they don't say how? Someone who says they are a 1MM flyer says they have to pay $4,000 to join the UC? A complaint because they refuse to change the name on a ticket to a totally different person? I really do feel badly for United after reading some of these.
