I'm discovering this can require follow up, depending on the property. My recent stay at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, FL required a follow-up call ten days later to post the stay, the Platinum amenity and the bonus points.
On the same call, I mentioned there had been three Make A Green Choice nights as well (and referenced the three cards I turned in at check out). The manager at the property took down the info. But while the stay, Plat amenity and bonus points posted almost immediately after my call, the MAGC points didn't post.
I'll give it a few days before calling back. I'm hoping this is a typical lag.
My two recent stays have posted Green Choice points right away. I collect the cards and turn them in at check-out. Perhaps that's the difference? Actually, my stay week-before-last hasn't posted anything BUT the Green Choice points yet. Last week's stay posted everything including the Power Up bonus points.
